Minnesro (“we”) operates minnesro.com. This page supplements our Swedish privacy policy for U.S. residents, including California.
Categories of personal information
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect identifiers (name, email), account credentials, memorial content you upload, payment-related identifiers via Stripe, device/log data for security, and cookie preferences. We do not knowingly sell personal information.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are off until you opt in. You can change that anytime:

Your rights
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing (see above — we do not sell/share).
- Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Signed-in users can download a copy of their data from account settings, or delete their account. You may also email info@minnesro.com. We will verify requests and respond within the time limits set by law.
Children (COPPA)
Accounts require that you are at least 18 years old. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
